Yes, I still require all new clients to start with an Intro Session. This allows me to assess your current level, introduce you to the key principles specific to my training, and evaluate your posture. It helps me create a personalized approach so you can get the most out of your future sessions.

As with any physical activity, consistency is key! Most clients see the best results by coming 2–3 times per week, but even once a week can make a difference. I’m happy to help you create a schedule that fits your goals, lifestyle, and budget.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid anything too loose, as it can get caught in the equipment. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. (You can find grip socks at Amazon, Target, or most athletic stores.)

A home studio is a dedicated space within my home designed specifically for private Pilates sessions. It’s fully equipped with a professional reformer and all the tools needed for a high-quality workout, just like you'd find in a traditional studio — but with a more personal and peaceful atmosphere.
